6.1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account by contacting our sales or support team.
6.2. We, in our sole discretion, have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any serious violation of these Terms.
6.3. Termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account, your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVOTT Solutions AG and its suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8.2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
